Refund & Return Policy – MAQ Homes

At MAQ Homes, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase of our movable homes and portable units. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully.

1. General Policy

Movable homes and houses on wheels are large, custom-built, or made-to-order items. Therefore, all sales are generally considered final unless noted otherwise.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

• The product is significantly different from the described specifications.

• The unit has major structural defects not disclosed prior to purchase.

• MAQ Homes fails to deliver the product.

Refunds do not apply to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect measurements or order details provided by the customer

• Damages caused during transport or setup by third-party contractors

• Custom-built units once production has started

3. Deposits

• Deposits for custom or reserved homes are non-refundable unless MAQ Homes cancels the order.

• If a customer cancels after production begins, the deposit will not be returned.

4. Returns

Due to the size and nature of our homes, physical returns are generally not accepted.
If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the buyer is responsible for:

• Transport costs

• Inspection fees

• Administrative fees

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the home upon delivery.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

• Failure to report within this timeframe indicates acceptance of the product’s condition.

6. Replacement or Repair

If a defect is confirmed:

• MAQ Homes may offer repair, replacement components, or partial compensation depending on the issue.

• Solutions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• It may take 7–14 business days to process.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
